Chef Matt has been involved in the retail food industry since 1986. Chef Matt has successfully performed as an Executive Chef at the Cheesecake Factory, The Chart House and Spaghettini Italian Grill. He also was the owner Operator of an upscale Bakery and Café & a chain of 24 Donut Shops.
